It's true that love can't Cure mental illness or a person's sickness. But it also true it can give a person hope to find cure for that sickness. It can stop a person sometimes going into totally mad. Even Ankit is just an antelope with some horns and even with him, she was saved by the ladies. Media scene was done by Rudra (only the viral video idea was hers. Even we got that idea before her.)

The fork scene is the example that she hasn't been healed at all. Rudra's love is at most acting as an aphrodisiac or a momentary pill to her. IRL she needs serious therapy or she will turn out to be a serial killer. She isn't able to do anything to the real abuser MJ, so she would have ended up hurting other weaker innocent people.
