As per the promo, parveen both kidney are failed, and we know that since one year roshni is keeping herself aware about parveen's condition, do is she going to donate the kidney.

no I dont wantl that scenario. It may be possible since it's a magical show and the harm is caused by haivana*(although none know) i hope ayana can reverse it magically,(tabeezis trusted remedy when Khan parivaar in harm call roshni).

And what is the use of donating kidney to a comatose person
