Every season had its share of such horrible contestants. Each and everyone you listed here fall under that category so can't choose just one.
Fortunately though, in the previous seasons, such disgusting characters were thrown out of the show and didn't even stand a chance of winning unlike this season where someone like Sid is being celebrated.
