For moksh to stay alive an immediate transplant is necessary so my question is

1. Does it mean that immediately after the birth of the new child it should under go a marrow transplant for saving it's brother. So what are the chances that the new kid would stay alive and healthy. Having a new child is like it is bring made to save moksh so what about it's saftey and health real life me hothe he ye ya nahi

2. As far as I know for transplant the blood group of siblings need to be the same so what if the new kid is born with a blood group of either its father or a group different from both parents. Pillus has sampus blood group but it is not necessary that the new one has the same too neither can we manipulate an unborn kids blood group.

So what are option in real life

I just wanted to know this beacuse none marrow transplant is usual cliche in ITV I always has this doubt

Out of shows purview please answer this beacuse I know itv has no logic.
