Never 😆Friends is legendary in more ways than one. It's the sitcom of the masses ( I'd say Seinfeld is the more 'sophisticated' one) Also it's a cultural phenomenon not just a show. I have met so many Asians,latinos or you can say non English or non native English speaking people who actually learnt the language by watching Friends. There are agencies around the world who give their clients the 10 seasons box set to learn English and know the American way of living.

He was a famous producer. This chowk they have named after him is in Chembur, where Surinder Kapoor started his journey and his kids were born. This is very common in Mumbai. They decide to name the chowk after a person who has become famous from the locality. There are lot of chowks like this named after different personalities who weren't really that big but popular. Pran chowk in carter road, hasyakaar mehmood chowk in Juhu, etc. wherever these personalities lived.

A request can be made by anyone to the corporator of the area who then approaches municipality. I remember reading an article while back where some fans of RD Burman had approached the corporator of the area he used to live in and get the chowk named after him.

It's anyways quite a blah exercise I feel. No one cares. Jusr one stone with embossed name is out at one corner of the road. No one even takes these names on daily basis.

That's the silver sc package. Mine were 1050 for 2. That's gold sc barricade. Overprized but worth it let's hope so. But ofcourse there are better prized tickets. The floors are almost gone which is just weird. Yes! Nomatter where you are, you will have fun! Guaranteed. But try to get floor or near the extended stage. Good tickets are around 250. Way at the back is around 70 so you are more than prepared! Take a good look at the seating of the venue and have a list of options! You have to be fast. And no matter what do not refresh once you are in the queue!

I got it 😅. I went early and still there were 250 people in queue in front of me . Ended up getting error twice while grabbing my seats . I am so glad to be done.
