Shubhra kami padli? After her idiotic upbringing has totally ruined her son, she is still thinking that her daughter in law who has supported her so much, kami padli and has made her babdya ekta? Kiti ha swarthipana? Haach swarthipana mula madhe utarla aahe. Heartless idiot.
And that Shubhra? A young, confident and working woman. But the moment her good for nothing husband threatens to leave her, hichi bolti ekdum banda! She is meekly talking to him.
Which mcp is writing this script. He must be behaving just as badly with the women in his family I think. Nahitar hya junat kalpana yetat kashya dokyat?

I am absolutely not surprised at this. Both Aajoba and Shubhra will be behaving totally against their natural character till the CVs feel it is time to close the serial.

I am somewhat reminded of a recent hindi serial (forget the name) with Jaya Prada and Sayali Sanjeev on the same lines where the mother backs her wayward son in spite of having a very affable and close relationship with her DIL. I stopped watching the serial as the story was getting bizarre to say the least. There, of course, the son was shown to be much more violent than Somya (Marathi audiences may not stomach such violence) but basic concept is same.

@AW- not surprised that bavlat said that. This is a patriarchal society and such thinking is ingrained in us. Son is never at fault; no matter how bad he is. DIL is always the one to be blamed. Asa is worried that Dabdya ekta padla...and what about the DIL who has left her home and come to a new place and stays with those she has not known at all. Ti nahi ekti padli.

I guess this is one of the reason I did not watch Indian shows for the past 15 years.

But today I felt horrible while watching the show. Ani tya mhatarya cha tar prem ufalunach gela aahe. Ata baavlat Ani swarthi bayko la dev maanun tilach namaskar kela!! Ata ek ticha photo devharyat thevla ki zhala!

Ani to dabdya! Sagla vaeet asla, pan aai var prem asel tar ek vel samju shaklo asto. Pan ha tar purnach kuslela aahe. I can’t wait for the episode where bavlat will get to know her khara dabdya. If I give up watching the show, pls someone post a msg. That episode I will watch. Aaj tar bavlat cha itka raag aala hota, ki vatla hila toh insult karnara sasrach hava hota. Tithech padun janma jayla pahije hota.

Once a mother always a mother esp in indian culture we grow up in environment that kids interest is before ours. In this case soham is spoilt by asa n asa doesnt realise that her love has made soham a very stubborn n selfish boy who also is manipulative n wants her to dance at his tunes.

Look at the bad attitude by saying aaisathi ke tula he sodeen 😳

Now shubra has to play her game in sohams style like maybe aajoba to control him otherwise its a disaster.

Hit the nail on the head!

If they quickly reform Somya and close the serial then at least it will be somewhat positive. if Somya's tantrums continue then this serial will be remembered for all the wrong reasons.

My two cents-

ह्या सिरीयल मध्ये सध्या जे काही सुरू आहे ते पाहता, लेखक - दिग्दर्शकाच्या हेतू विषयी शंका येते.. खरंच त्यांना विधवा स्त्रियांचे प्रश्न ह्या माध्यमातून मांडायचे होते का?

मुख्य म्हणजे किती विधवा/ अविवाहित/ परित्यक्ता स्त्रिया आसावरीसारख्या बावळट असतात? उलट अशा कितीतरी स्त्रिया आपल्या पाहण्यात आहेत, ज्या खमकेपणे परिस्थितीशी झुंज देऊन स्वतःचा सन्मान जपून स्वाभिमानाने आयुष्य घालवतात, मग त्या शहरी असोत वा ग्रामीण, सुशिक्षित असोत वा अशिक्षित ....

प्रत्येक वेळी एकट्या बाईला किंवा पुरुषाला कोणाची तरी गरज/ आधार लागतो असं कुठे असतं? माझ्या माहितीत अशा अनेक एकट्या बायका आहेत ज्या त्यांच्या आयुष्यात आणि करीयर मध्ये यशस्वी आहेत. तसेच पत्नीच्या अकाली मृत्यूनंतर मुलांना वाढवणारे पुरुषही आहेत... हे टीव्ही वाले लोक कोणत्या जमान्यात वावरतात !

अशा so called कौटुंबिक मालिकांपेक्षा ऐतिहासिक मालिका परवडल्या... निदान अजून तरी कोणी 'संजय लीला भन्साळी' टीव्हीवर नाहीये तोपर्यंत तरी 😉...
