He won’t stop loving her but he would never respect her in the same way ever again. He is seeing through his family slowly, now with him knowing the truth he is only going to see through them more. He is coming face to face with the ugly side of his family. He is seeing how low they think of Sona. Let’s not forget he knows the truth. I am repeating this over and over again, him knowing truth will play a big role in this.

He will not tell her. There is no point. He will make her feel by torturing himself, by paining his self. That is Rohit’s character, he did the same with Sona. He hurt himself just to make her feel worse, and then slowly taunted her and then took on her. He will do the same. Initially say nothing just show and make the other person feel. Then he will take on her.
