I'm going to go controversial and say Kareena is a better actress today (but PC was significantly better before).

Kareena at her best (Refugee, Yuva, Dev, JWM) is a level or two above PC.

Aditi (TSIP), Kashibai (BM), Ayesha (DDD), Mary Kom, Jhilmil (Barfi), Suzanna (7KM), Meghna (Fashion), Roma, Sonia Roy (Aitraaz). The versatility, the range, the hard work, the superior actress - PC. 😊

Priyanka, Kareena is the most overrated piece of rotten jackfruit in the history of BW.

Kareena. She's effortless, may be that's why people can't believe she's acting.

Priyanka is better than Kareena in every sense. Acting, dance, stardom, intelligence. Even looks.

Kareena was never her worthy competitor in any department. Thanks to nepotism she got that constant push, otherwise she was in the Esha Deol category.
