Omg what an insanely beautiful episode was that.. dialogues to acting to the aerial shots everything.. 🤗

It was a viewers' delight tonight. A really very good episode.

The show started with Maya drowning rishi and then saving him and he decided that he will marry her and then bleeding Rudra in fencing. and their equation ended with Maya bleeding rishi to death and saving Rudra from water and Rudra marrying maya now..

How true. What a paradox the show has turned into.

The whole proposal scene got me tears in my eyes and heavy heart seriously.. shivin was spot on in his voice modulation and expressions in the scene.. it was so serene to watch him say those heavy dialogues without even sounding OTT.. the first words were how much she meant to him and how every single thing in our body which we need to live had her influence on him.. first his rooh, his heart beat and his breathe.. she was his life.. and then was the giving of his sukoon happiness and he himself.. love is about selfless giving only... Mayas previous love images always showed the shower of physical gifts she got from MJ or whoever it was.. but love is about emotional and mental giving and not gifts which Rudra did today..

So true! It made me a little teary-eyed too. It was so genuine and heartwarming that technically Maya should have melted into a puddle then and there, but she is no less stubborn you see.

The whole I love u Maya made my heart stop if not Mayas .. this guy was pure genius in that scene ..

Arre it made Maya stop. Koi aisi waisi baat nahi hai ye.

The river scene again.. he was scared of water.. he still jumped into her boat.. she pushed him into the water.. remember the scene with rishi where he put fire around her..something that he was scared off.. he put it off but never crossed that to her.. parallel to that Rudra went ahead right into what he is scared off.. he put her life first over his.. like Maya said when ur life is in danger, it will show what u save..ur humanity or urself. Maya holding that knife behind was useless because he was ready to die anyway.. the hate that was hiding and attacking had to fall off to save the love..grasp it with both hands..

That is the point. Rishi was very young to understand that kind of love and passion Rudra has to offer. Rishi was self-absorbed and always thought of himself first. Even when he would act of risking his life, he would never risk hurting himself. He was naive and young to understand the depth of such emotions. Had Rishi been alive, he could have become a master manipulator himself, because he manipulated his family in the name of love and acted as the young brat to get things for himself. But alas, he died too soon for us to understand what Rishi may have become. Rudra is a mature, intense man who knows the depth of emotions inside him, hence he was scared. But now he has unleashed that. Even Maya cannot avoid it for too long. She has to drown in this wave of passion for the rest of her life.

Today not just the stone was Rudra, but the river too.. her black beads washed off by ganga was Mayas revenge and her dark self.. rudras bracelet fell off.. the love and pain which she associated with that is gone too..

It is actually the end of Maya's dark intentions. End of an era of pain and agony. Ant hi aarambh hai. So it is the beginning of new age, new era, new love and a new war whose foundation will not be dark revenge, but justice.

And finally Mayas confession.. she will wake him up tomo and we will finally have an emotional confrontation and marriage..

Waiting for tomorrow!

Few things..when rudra was unconscious I felt shivin was smiling 🤣.. precap I hope Maya tells him something of her past.. I dont know if she will mention about MJ.. but he ought to atleast know what happened with her irrespective of who did.. I feel Maya owes that much to him..

Exactly, I too felt the same, ke abhi Shivin has padega.😆 I don't think Maya will tell him the story now. She will tell him on his wedding night after they return from Hrishikesh. I have heard Maya will be narrating her story. I guess she will tell him everything apart from the names of the people.

Rudra Roy - the emotionally intense, crazy-ass lover. I mean I have no words to describe this man. It's like I don't even know this guy. He just shed every inhibition, every barrier, every hesitation and let the mad, intense man inside him take over. Like if I did not know that he is Rudra Roy, I would have said that I am seeing a rehashed version of Maya Mehrotra in the guy. The way he held Maya, the way he expressed all his pent up feelings, the way he yelled out those three words. It said it all. Rudra is emotionally addicted and obsessively in love with Maya. He can live for her, die for her and if I did not know him better, he could kill for her also. He can fight the world for her, he can fight her for her. He can do everything. Maya is in the words of Edward Cullen, "his personal brand of heroin". The more he unravels layers of her, the more addicted he gets. But he is a character who also has his light. He wants to give his sukoon, khushi, sapne, saath to Maya - which are very positive words and aspects of light. And he wants to take away her tanhai, dard, aansun, which are indicative of darkness. It actually creates a balance. Maya is dark with some of Rudra's light in her, and Rudra is light with some of Maya's darkness in him.

Shivin as Rudra Roy was awesome today. Rudra was verging towards becoming a psychopath is his yearnings for Maya. It was if a dam had broken - Rudra's emotions was let loose when he realized that Maya loved him... look at the dialogue... I love you and I know you love me ...Maya... It was very intense. Yes it was like Maya Malhtora from Beyhad 1 had reincarnated herself into Rudra. He was possessive and proud to be so. The scene where Rudra was letting himself submerge with Gangga to save his lady love... goodness... do these kind of characters still exist in Desi serials, that too the male protagonist..

Other highlights

Kaha Mrityunjay uncle ki chakrigiri me phansi padi ho. Move on karo bitiya, jaldi.

And who else thinks Maya Jaisingh has redefined the "pyaar aag ka dariya quote". Iss show me jitni baar Rudra paani me gaya hai, utni baar to Maya behen bhi nahi gayi.🤣 Maya Jaisingh just changed the quote to "Ye ishq nahi aasan, ek paani ka dariya hai, jahaan Maya behen ko Rudra bhaiya ko dubaana hai."😆

You are absolutely right.. I felt the 3 of them... MJ, Amir, Anu... the 3 musketeers were at last trying to be productive.

All in all, great, intense, delicious episode. That's from me tonight. You all share your thoughts on the episode. Tab tak me ek aur round maarke aati hu episode ka😎

Hats off to the creative team, the whole unit for a wonderful episode. I would say.. Shivin deserves lots of woolen clothing for his efforts in the Ganges waters.. it must have been freezing cold... no idea how he kept his facial expressions to show the emotions in such cold and damp situation...

A beautiful episode and a beautiful analysis by you ❤️

That Tum meri jaan ho Maya gave me chills (It was beautiful no doubt) It's the same line that Rishi used to say to Maya, and Maya, Rudra and MJ to Rishi. It gave me ringing bells of death (I might be overthinking). Maya's goal is to avenge MJ, and she thought finishing Rudra would accomplish that, but if she is Rudra's jaan and is steadfast on her revenge goal.. she would end up finishing herself. 💔

The part where Maya rows the boat and Rudra was riding it, it was visually looking like Maya being Rudra's saarthi, giving Rudra direction (Krishna-Arjun reference we used to find before Rishi's death). But it's all Maya, illusion. It's Rudra who was giving a new direction to Maya's plans with his sheer pure love. He proved his loyalty, passion and commitment all over again by unleashing his Beyhadh pyaar for Maya. He washed her dark beads in the holy water, the unholy bracelet tied to his identity also went down the Ganges. Maya could be nothing else but moved by him to her core and confess back her love. My heart broke to see Rudra dead, and it would break if Maya dies too. Excited for what is yet to unfold. 😳

I watched the episode around 6 hours ago, replayed it and still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. I'm in awe. what the hell did I just watch?

Cv's deserve a standing ovation for giving us such poetic brilliance; the scenes, the cinematography, dialogues and execution. I don't even care about the loopholes or editing issues, nothing can taint this episode for me.

I did not think ITV is capable of giving us this beauty. Huge round applause to writers for developing mayra's dynamic like this. we may bash them but it takes a special kind of talent to write a layered and nuanced couple. it is not simply romance, it is so much more.

Every ITV actor should watch today's episode to learn what acting is. the already brilliant script was elevated by Jen and shivin's performances. I don't even have the right words to describe how incredible they are.

We already expected Jennifer to give a performance, but shivin is a true revelation throughout the entire show. Man, he acted the hell out of this episode. He just brings out rudra's insanity and just....sheer brilliance. How often does a male lead get to show his talent? how often are they given such high quality material to work with? Usually, male leads on ITV play the second fiddle to the heroine or just appear during cheesy romantic scenes. Beyhadh 2 showed love from a man's perspective and how deeply a man can love a woman. Much respect to CV's for elevating a man like this, and not only highlighting the female lead.

The entire episode was a masterpiece, but the scene on the bridge was something else. Rudra's dialogues; the conviction with which shivin delivered them and his voice modulation . Rudra redefined the word LOVE today. Actually, Love is an understatement. His insanity, obsession, junoon and endless devotion to maya stole my breath. Even maya was stunned speechless. Jennifer deserves credit of course, no one else can convey million things with a single expression like her. When Rudra said "jaan ho tum meri" you could see at that moment, the depth of his love hit her. Maya was worth watching because Rudra gave her everything she ever wanted, and she could only look on in awe and disbelief.

So much have been said about symbolisms. This show always does well in that regard but I don't want to talk about who will die or live at the end. Sometimes it is better to just enjoy the episodes as it comes because this is ITV after all, things change in a blink of an eye. We focus too much on the ending anyway.

My Favourite symbolism is without the doubt, Rudra returning the now clean beads to maya. While he was "dying," He gave the last flicker of his life to her- asking her to promise that she will not live with fear. whoever came up with this scene deserves an award. WOW. I swear there was a lump in my throat and I still get goosebumps while thinking about it.

The director should be acknowledged as well because scenes such as this can become OTT with too much screaming. However, Jenshiv are brilliant and their understated performances made everything more impactful. additionally, I noticed that they brought back some of the BG score from S1, which obviously enhanced the beauty of the scene. ITV is usually so OTT with screaming and LOUD music that is surprising when makers do something different. Although it is not surprising because this season is about a standout ensemble cast and brilliant performances.

Yes, he was impeccable and in full glory in the episode. He just leveled Maya with his love. I mean he washed over all that hate of Maya with his deluge of love and Maya had no choice but to relent. He was obsessive and possessive and proud to be so. In fact, I want to see his possessive side more often before his family. It will drive Mrityunjay up the wall.😆

Honestly, I have nothing much to say about their productivity. Itna chaan been karne ke baad bhi sirf aankhen hi mili. Like really?? And Mrityunjay ko kya lagta hai, wo kis right se Ananya par dhaus jamata hai. It's like she is his personal hotline. Please Sudhir, drive some good sense into your daughter. I would be rather pleased.

True, it was a visual viewer's delight.

Hey, I am not sure about it also. It may happen, not necessary it will happen. It may also happen that Maya is sitting alone and in her pensive mood, she drifts back to her past. So I am not sure. But if she tells him the truth in part, just like she told about her dad and brother, it would bring Rudra closer to her, but not there yet.

Thanks, Tiara. 😊 Truly beautiful episode.

Shivin was outstanding in that bridge scene and the boat scene. He nailed Rudra's feelings really well. If I just omit the Maya Mehrotra madness, Rudra Roy was totally in Maya Mehrotra zone. It gave me the chills because this could be also how the show ends, but I am keeping my fingers crossed. Not expecting devastation till the end.

The part where Maya rows the boat and Rudra was riding it, it was visually looking like Maya being Rudra's saarthi, giving Rudra direction (Krishna-Arjun reference we used to find before Rishi's death). Maya ka mayajaal hi nahi toda Rudra ne, but uska nafrat ke jaal ko toda hai. Her hate or revenge is intact, but not for Rudra. She may make his family suffer, but she will never jeopardize Rudra's life. Let's see how her plan of action changes henceforth. Will it be mind games and mayhem, or mind games, murder, and mayhem. Let's see.

Hey Pommy, you have written it all. You have actually expressed mostly each of us felt about the episode.

@bold: I totally agree. Maya was stunned to silence. Like when Maya had said, "Rudra ko Maya ki sanak hai." She did not understand the gravity of those words until now. She did not realize the extent of Rudra's sanak for her. She expected him to come for her, but the way he expressed his sanak swept her off her feet, so much that she had to run away from him to escape his love. But Rudra is a stubborn man, he will not leave her side, not now, not ever.
