The fact that Ananya is even being compared to Deepika is an achievement in itself. She’s young and fresh and will appeal more than Bhavnani Malkin

Kalank was a bigger flop. The problem is that Shraddha is always a flowerpot in movies. She barely has roles, but audiences love her so she is a pull-factor

Alia gets more credit because she has author-backed roles and actually acts.

Business wise Shraddha is a better investment though. Alia would tank in films like Street Dancer or Half GF. I mean who would want Alia as their half-gf? Pehle khud toh puri ho jaye. We want fries not boiled alu.
