If u are talking about fans, Solo stans stand divided coz sid fans think sana hurts him again and again by flipping so it's all game for her. Sana fans think Sid doesn't respect her. And this confusion is there coz Sid never confessed. And Sidnaaz fandom analyse everything so that's why we believe they love each other truly.

And If u are talking about Kashmeera..then she is playing a game here. Other housemates are also cashing on sidnaaz bond by making it look like one sided, forced, fake or temporary. And it all started with Salman.

Mainly rashmi and shefali jariwala are cashing on it. Rashmi claims it to be one sided and feeds self respect jaap to sana and jariwala claims it to be bacchon jaisa pyar.

What's interesting is Asim and Arti's take on sidnaaz rlnshp. Coz they were there with sidnaaz from beginning. You will never see asim saying that it's one sided or timepass for sid. Or sana's feelings are fake. He knew Sid is in love with sana even before the first padav. Before he used to feed sid that sana isn't trustworthy coz she is still into Paras which was true, she was into paras at that time. But now asim never questions her. Coz sana made it clear that she loves sid. And he respects her feelings. And asim never spoke of Sid's feelings coz Sid never spoke about it publicly and also, there is this asim and sid convo near the gate before their fallout, where sid says to him even if we go our separate ways tomorrow, u will not say anything i told u about arti and sana...never bring them in between. So you see Asim never spoke about sid's feelings for sana. He infact said ki "tere gale lag gayi aake toh tu pighal gaya" after their 1st patch up. sid and asim both knew what he meant there. Guy secret you see.

Coming to Arti..she also knows they both love eachother. Remember she clearly stated on the day she had panic attack that "mujhe sana se is liye bhi hai coz You Love Sana" and sid didn't deny. She also said to sana before their 1st patchup "sana wo tereko chahta hai..kabhi acche rishte bante hai toh unhe game ke liye kharab nahi karna chahiye". She also never calls sana's feelings fake rather always tries to put her down by saying she is soo annoying and possessive of sid. She uses sana's words against her coz sana openly claims yes i am possessive.But when she saw them getting really close, she started playing along, saying sid loves her like a kid coz sid never confessed and she thought either let's cash it or she still has hopes that she can get sid. And sana knows her intentions clearly. Arti talks about sana's love and possessiveness coz sana accepts it publicly. But never talks about Sid's feelings nowadays. Coz she is now jealous that sid actually has fallen for sana and is now really serious. After the latest patch up of theirs, u can see arti was clearly pissed about it.

Also, pahira never comment on sidnaaz rlsnhp now. Except that timepass comment by paras. Coz now they know clearly what sid and sana feel for eachother. And they have genuinely grown close to sid. (But hates sana) so They always talk about sana's flips and taunts her for her loyalty but never says that she is faking it.

Vishal never questions or passes any comment.

So chill, everyone knows Sana's love isn't fake or one sided or that sidnaaz is over.
