He is mentally deranged.Aarti and Rashami are sleeping in the sofa,comes in shorts,raises his leg like a dog, pulls the blanket and both of them can only see his crotch.

I think mat be TM is more jealous seeing Asim and sid bond. It was Asim who let meet sid to HImanshi and even referred him as an elder brother.
