Timing told by BB are never accurate. It’s always 1:00,1:15,1:30,1:45, 2:00

I don’t know about cheating But BB literally uses Vishal as a comic relief/ joker this season.

They can do anything. Nothing new, BB has always been manipulative. They can eliminate contestants and outrightly lie about someone getting more votes so this kind of manipulation is very small in front of them.

but how can he enter at 8:15 followed by Mahira at 8:30 which means he spent around 15 mins in the dome !
