That's why she was happy when mini wanted to sale restaurant and pay loan.
But now mini is not selling the restaurant and will not sell it in future as well so even by brainwashing arya and getting a haveli under loans saroj will not gain anything.

As arya's legal guardian mini has full rights on the haveli as well till the time arya turns 18(at least that is one of the responsibility of a legal guardian) and restaurant is in mini's name so no issues there and with Neil as head chef the restaurant will succeed even more plus him being rich is an added advantage.

Mini would have control of the house, seeing as Arya is a minor. That’s probably why saroj is trying to get her claws into Arya. If she becomes aryas legal guardian, she could either move into the house or sell the house, pay of whats outstanding on the loan and pocket the rest of the money. From what she was saying in earlier episodes it seems like she wants to move into the house tho. Saroj and pinku live in a very small house so that’s probably why she has dreams of being the lady of a mansion
