This is a valid point. I want prerna to take veena into confidence. If veena knows that sonalika is komolika, then will her stand change?

Maybe not. Because even that doesn't change the fact ki BB me prerna ko na izzat, na acceptance mila hai.

This is the biggest concern at this time. If this out in front of everyone, things will ease out! Veena frustration, Mohini sweetness for her Bahu etc. But why Pre still hide this from everyone, don't know the reason but if something bad happen which eventually will going to, i'm sure somehow the blame will on Pre for hiding Komo's truth for such longer period of time.
