As I mentioned in my post above, I don’t know if she knew exactly how they’d react. For all she knew they would just say thank you. But she knew it would get out that she sent flowers and that would make her look good. Even if Rangoli had said “Thank you for the flowers Alia” people would still praise Alia for being gracious and her PR would milk the initial thank you.


If Alia was really a gracious person she would have tweeted a simple “great trailer Kangana” for Manikarnika or even for Panga recently. But that would have given Kangana’s movies extra buzz and we can’t have that now can we? But she’s already got the Padma award so Alia is praising that one.
