No CV, it's not ego with veena. It's just love and concern for pre. She maybe going about it the wrong way, but her intentions are right.

But mohini doesn't even have her son's best interest in her hear. She is ruled by her hatred for pre. Whereas veena is ruled by her love for pre.

And that's what I am failing to see Hope. Veena is not coming from a place of love anymore. She is coming from a place of ego only. If it was coming from a place of love, there would be at least some kind of acknowledgement from her end on it. Her expressions on Anurag getting his memory back said it all if she was coming from a place of love and concern for Prerna.

No CV for me even as a mother Veena still isn't Mohini's level I am not seeing Veena's zidd to get Pre married to Viraj as ego I am seeing it as more like desperation no mother will ever want to give their daughter's hand in a place like BB where Pre only had sufferings she still accepted because of Anurag. Yes she isn't doing right thing by forcing Pre but she is feeling like Pre is hell belt on ruining her life so she wants to stop it even if she is giving her pain. She is looking at Pre's pain a momentary thing which after marriage with Viraj will change. Her weird behavior have some actual root cause unlike Mohini's.

Yes Veena's insensitivity have some strong base unlike Mohini's , that woman is just pure toxic.
