No she is not............all said and done, Rishi Kapoor has been a good and talented actor getting roles on his own talent.......... so No, she is not giving work to him...... they casted him cause probably he was suitable for the role.....

I disagree with you here. Rishi is over rated and Amitabh Bachchan is better fit for the role because I have seen the original.

She belongs to a family of resouces, contacts and pathways - far from an outsider. The same way Ambani's get into many big events/venues/industries including MET Gala etc
