I just understand this new trend where star kids come in with abs and perfect noses/jawlines before their debut. I feel like this wasn't the case 10 years ago.

Sridevi had multiple surgeries too.

Ranbir Kapoor clearly had hair transplant before debut . He clearly does regular hair touchups.

Sara Ali Khan has had LiPo done. Look closely at her inner thighs and knees , the skin is still saggy around that area..
