Vishal lied during the horse ride task.Asim said he did not see.
BB said Sanchalak Asim's decision is final and the game continued. So Asim can't be bashed for that decision.
But both Shukla and Asim will get bashed for the aggression and Dhakkas.BB also didn't punish them.
