If he expects her to be like Mahira the way she is with Paras then that is very wrong imo. Part of the reason why SidNaaz work so well is is not just because of their compatibility and their love for each other and what not but also the fact that they are such strong people and players individually. Loyalty is extremely important but truth is Mahira has has no individuality due to the way she follows Paras so blindly and can’t fight without him. I would never want Sana to be like that, she has to be her own person too just like Sid needs to be. I think it’s totally fine for Sid to want Sana to at least be cautious of the people who are against him, and I also think it’s okay for him to worry about her being swayed because she can be naive and people use that to their advantage. But I hope he doesn’t expect her to be how Mahira is to Paras nor do I think he does. I think he just wants commitment in the sense that she won’t be so emotionally attached to other guys besides him, not that he wants her to follow and support him blindly.

And same goes for Sana as well - if she expects Sid to be the way Paras is for Mahira then I don’t agree with that either. Paras never lets Mahira fight her own battles. Sid isn’t like that, many times he’s stayed out of Sana’s fights because he knows she can handle it. Idk I don’t think PaHira are a good example at all of how a relationship or a friendship should be. Standing for each other and being loyal is one thing but doing it to the point where you have no individuality or can’t survive in the game without each other is another

What i feel is that we should not be deciding for them or expect that they should go by our likings dislikings.

Overall, I think they are have invested a lot in each other so, they should try how it will work in the long run. All this drama is happening because they are not talking straight to each other because of so many factors. This in the end will give them a lot of clarifications to decide the direction of their relationship

Exactly Sid wants someone he can control but she’s uncontrollable. He wants a submissive woman. And I don’t blame him, because that’s innate for men to want. But we can’t blame her for her personality either. Both are right in their own way.

Just watched the episode, I feel so bad for Sana. If Sid was feeling all this about her behaviour, then as a friend , why didn’t he warn her or tell her that you’re going wrong here. Instead he’s now using that as an excuse to distance himself from her.

And the things he said today are terrible, even if they are true. At this point I don’t want Sana trying to talk to him, he needs a taste of his own medicine.

These two qualities are not related at all. If he wanted a control freak, he wld beeve have allowed sana to hit him. Hw wld have stopped sana for everything.

👍🏼👍🏼 agree completely. That’s why I don’t think Sid’s problem is Sana not being “submissive”.. he has never expected that from her. And same for Sana, I don’t think she wants him to be submissive to her either. That’s why I’m saying PaHira is horrible example, I would never want SidNaaz to be like them. Neither Sana nor Sid require submission from each other, their issue right now is lack of security and clarity in terms of feelings

If either Sid or Sana were submissive to each other I guarantee they would not have received the love they have gotten so far from the public. Their situation would be same as PaHira.. the way celebs come in whether it’s Hina or whoever and even they can clearly tell PaHira have no game without each other. Same thing would be said to SidNaaz had either of them been submissive. They’ve kept their individuality intact which is why they are so loved

I think you’re misunderstanding what I meant. First of all, there’s nothing wrong with wanting a submissive woman. It’s natural for men. Being submissive does not mean letting your man do whatever he wants and not putting your points foward. It does not mean they are not equal. It simply means that you put your man before others. In a way it does mean loyalty and to always have his back no matter what. Sana is not giving him that, and I don’t blame her because you need some sort of commitment before doing all that. That’s not her duty if she’s just his “friend”.

I don't think its fair to generalise like that. There are so many boys/ men here only who may contradict you and many girls/ women here who know men who are not like that.

Again, people expect loyalty in a relationship regardless of gender.

Sid is brought up by mommy and didis and he admires them for what the ladies have done for him, he admires them being strong and independent. He always appreciates gurls being strong.

He would never want to control his partner but ofcourse would expect unhindered loyalty and trust in him. Same way Sana too expects loyalty and commitment.

But Sid would never want Sana to be submissive, as that is not him, he is always up for those females who have self respect and are strong from all perspectives.

He only wants sana to have some self respect where Sana dsnt realise that what self respect actually is. For her it is only regarding Sidharth that if he is not talking then dont go behind him to manaofy, have self respect.

But she dsnt understand that that is not even considered as self respect, that is love, but of course if Sid too goes extreme and then gets angry, there sana can take her stand, self respect is when others are insulting you and you are again going to them stating i respect you and blah blah.

Hope i am making some sense here.
