Not just by these two sisters. By wokes all over the internet too. When it's your money, you can do whatever you want with it. I don't know how this is even a debate.

It's not like BW is making publicly-funded movies. The audience is not running a go-fund-me campaign to finance films. Producers can hire whoever the eff they want to with their own money.
