or maybe they would have just sat home?!

I personally find pandey bland, not interested in her. I want to watch her new movie because of aaryan. Katrina is good in item songs but not a good actress. Dp seems to lose that drive she had years ago so she seems bland to me too. Kriti sanon is among the new girls where I think she has the drive.

Deepika has been outstanding in chhapaak. If ppl are not interested in chhapaak thinking its a serious disturbing watch them i can't blame them because it is soo.. Despite the bestest performance from deepika ppl go to watch a movie for entertainment. Chhapaak is not entertaining to me. Its very important - yes, thought provoking- yes but there has been constant uneasiness within me since the time I have seen chhapaak

And ppl who are boycotting chhapaak because because Deepika stood beside JNU students even if that was an unnecessary promotion tactics - I can only pity them for hypocrisy because they should have boycotted Bjp for keeping mum for several incidents

I think just like Deepika has a right to support the JNU students, people who did not like her doing that have a right to not watch her movie. As simple as that....

None of those doing online boycotts were going to watch the film anyway. They're just trying to take credit for the flop to prove how powerful they are.

Just like Deepika trying to make it look like she was there in solidarity with the JNU people and her visit was not a PR stunt. Well opportunists on every side.. 😆

Then after Unnao all the bhakts should have unbhakted themselves. When that didn't happen selective boycott = hypocrisy at best

Sm boycott doesn't matter if the movie is good. If that was the case padmaavat and pk would've been disaster. Those who were boycotting on twitter weren't even going to watch the movie. She doesn't have a star power of her own. She needs big actors to do good at bo.

if deepika can take selective stands then people can selectively boycott movies too...why the double standards?
