I don't think Rohit found out about Pooja immediately.
There is 11 years of age difference between Rohit and Pooja. Rohit is 32 and Pooja is 21.
So probably Rohit got to know the truth much after Pooja was adopted. Maybe he overheard a conversation or something. We will get to know about it soon.
