i think the convo where sana tells arti that paras has played you.. she must have thought about it.. n sana k sath bahir bethi hogi tw uska pain feel kia hoga.. hence now she forgot that as she also wants to see sid happy n smiling and sana k bina its nearly impossible so yeah..
