We don't know what was written in those divorce papers.

But knowing Danish she wanted freedom so he must have given it to her. They were full n final divorced.

i think islamically after one divorce a woman is free to marry someone else or return to her husband

1 divorce?! They were fully divorced tabhi she was actually marrying Shehwar..and that's only possible if they were totally done...unless I'm mistaken..

Not again. In Islam it is not nessessary that a women should be tied to her husband untill he gives her 3 talaqs. Only one is enough if she completes her iddat (3 months or ending the pregnancy) . So after her iddat complets she can get married to any guy, or even remarry her first husband. No halala is needed, untill she is divorced trice.

So with this info

I think the papers must be 1 divorce - she was marrying Shehwar which got cancelled - so she said so easily ki maan lo na uski baat - divorce ho gayi hai toh maaf karo n sulah karo. Give me a small place in your home we will live together etc.

Could there be a smart twist shown here - Danish gave her one divorce - she would have the period of her iddat to know what kind of a man Shehwar is because a man knows a man best so he thought seeing Shehwar for who he is she might not marry him and come back to me. NAH.

But now even Mehwish and Danish get back together Danish wo pyar wo izzat toh nahi de paayega na Mehwish ko.
