I think these are all the new filmed scenes.

Yeah. It is. Ahad confirmed in one of recent IV that they're shooting the remaining script. And thats all based on audience feedback. Also he mentioned uptill now SSG gang are nowhere together for long time. But now the story evolves how they all get together. But i doubt about Saad may be he'll not join them.
