He was just saying that Sana is a social butterfly type person. She is not like Mahira, who can spend all day with one person and be perfectly fine with having joint opinions with someone. She is a free-spirit, both socially and in thought. She can't just be with the same 3 people all day and just adopt their opinions as her own. Its sort of weirdly worded, but it was meant to be a compliment. (One that I agree with, by the way) At least thats how I interpreted it.

Hmmm maybe she doesn't want be disloyal but when she does things like first supporting Sid being with paras , then vice versa and then recent Asim Ko captainship main support karna . Don't you think that creates disloyalty thoughts in friends mind .
