Honestly, i lost my connect with veena in the previous track only. The last string attached was her bond with Anurag and now my problem is not the way she has changed her dynamics with reference to Anurag, as a mother her concern is justified, but this emotional blackmailing she is doing to her own daughter, by manipulating her that Anurag is taking decision for you and your kid so go for it, is making me extremely mad at her. It's not like Anurag has ditched Prerna or bringing a marriage proposal for her with his right state of mind. He has an ML, FGS! She knows where her daughter's happiness lies, still she is giving a blind eye to it. For me, Veena has FAILED as a mother.

Mohini, Veena and all belong to that generation where they believe that they have the right to decide what is good for their kids. And in one way they are justified, especially Veena maa, because they might have sacrificed their dreams for their kids and have been working day & night to give their kids a good life. And today she used a word like 'durdasa' to picturise what she is feeling about Pre's life as a whole, after AnuPre happened. She might have been connecting many events to AnuPre - like Rajesh's death happened just after AnuPre's truth got revealed to her. Then after that Anu ditching Pre. Then Komo trying to kill her, followed by Ronit kidnapping Pre. Till this point, she might have been only contemplating on these realisations. It was the fish incident followed by Veena getting her jailed, that had shooketh her to the core and started getting her vocal about her fears. And now the B-phase plus Anu's ML has made her to be adamant that what she believes is the truth. That's why she is purposely turning a blind eye to Pre's happiness. So, until something happens that she will be forced to remove the patti from her eyes, she is not going to favour AnuPre any more.

Line forms behind me Aditi. I hate what she is doing to Prerna. Mohini is looking better at the moment in front of Veena, and you know how much I loooooveeeeee Mohini.

Every other serial in sp is giving positive track. I saw promo of rista both going to fight for love. In our serial there is not a single hope for getting together.

He daughter, her heavily pregnant, heartbroken daughter is holding on to a past, a mirage. The man she loves has forgotten everything about them and their relationship. He has Infact married someone else. There's only more and more heartbreak in prerna's future, the way veena sees it. In such a case, she is not at all wrong in wanting prerna to move on. Infact, she is readily accepting a rishta that anurag has brought. This show's that she has still not lost the love and respect she had for anurag and values him still.. No she is not at all like mohini and at this point, among anurag, pre and veena, she is the most relatable.

Hope, what about what Prerna wants. How is she any different from Mohini if she is emotionally blackmailing her own daughter and using Anurag to get her way. Her concern as a mother would have been justified had she gone about it the right way but she is doing exactly what Mohini does. You should have seen her in the episode today, her hyperventilating was giving even more stress to Prerna and she completely disregarded that fact with her I am not going to take my medicine nonsense. Sorry but she is coming across as insensitive to Prerna and her feelings in thinking of her future. Have some faith in your daughter's word that she doesn't need anyone to look after her and her child but no she isn't.

I haven't watched the episode CV, which is why I based my opinion just on the overall picture of veena wanting prerna to move on from anurag under these circumstances.

But if she blackmailed pre saying she won't take her medicines till she says yes. Then I agree with you, that it's wrong.

Hope I really understand her POV and I don't find her wrong in thinking Anurag moved on and pre should move on too. And her point is logical none know how long it will take for Anurag to get his memory back or will he ever get it. So I really understand her POV of Pre moving on in life but what I hated and hating is her way to make Pre move on. She is literally emotionally blackmailing her who is a pregnant woman.

I wish she had given Pre time, that's my only issue with Veena.
