It is sleep paralysis..happens to people who are sleep deprived or get insufficient sleep. The feeling is like your body is not responding ir moving while your mind is fully awake. So you are unable to move or shout even when you are trying your level best. Its like getting entraped in a dead body. Horrible it is..
