No its not those tags ..her outburst is after this fight with madhurima where madhu said ishq ladwa rahi hai na to which sana said tujhe pyaar ka matlab bhi pata hai .

But sid came and said dosti hai sirf and aarti said bachhi jaise ..

Yeah, it's Asim.

Some people may disagree but Asim ka care mujhe genuine lagta hai. I think emotionally, Asim and even Paras understand her better and of course that means they can use it to their advantage but a lot of times they're genuine when they show care.
