I think this question was directed at me so,

I love Remus and Tonks more as a couple because they had their own story arc. I could identify myself with Tonks as someone who never gave up (on love) and believed in good. She won over Remus with her love, dedication and passion. When I was reading Harry Potter for the first time, during the war, I had prayed for Remus life because I couldn't see Tonks's breakdown. But, they both sacrificed their lives which made it a bit more bearable.

With all that said, I do admire the ferocity of the love that Fleur has for Bill. That scene with Molly always stands out to me during the re-reads! But, as a couple, I prefer them less; just didn't get enough interactions of them.
