I dont know why she's making decisions without giving herself an opportunity to find out whats actually going on. It took her a week to decide to absolve Arhan of any wrong doing and accuse someone outside?

She should have gone in the confession room and discussed whatever was bothering her. But now I have serious doubts on her behaviour...her language and mannerism are opposite to the persona that she had tried to create initially.

Exactly. Salman Khan has mentioned over and over again that the cameras pick up everything and she continues to discuss her personal life on camera.
