If everyone knew Maya, why would he not remember her? One plausible explanation might be her appearance has changed in 10 years, so he can't recognize her. But then how would the rest of the Roys recognize her... So I would rule this out. Their past is getting confusing.

Freaking out is different. She freaked out at construction building too...was quite angry too but never repulsed. She even unconsiously neglected his bracelet and accepted his hand during freakout from MJ scene in office.

That was becuase she wasn't thinking straight, atleast according to me.
