As far as I know, the clause applies to a man marrying two sisters from the same family (as in second marriage with your wife’s sister) Legally and as per Islamic jurisprudence Kabir cannot marry Roshni because she is married to Aman. But if Aman , for some dumb reason , divorces Roshni, then as far as my knowledge goes she is free to marry Kabeer.
