I guess to show Pre like this is necessary today, Komo tried to kill her and baby so many times by now. Pre already confronted subtly after shock incident but Komo still went ahead with accident and in hospital trying to stab in stomach. Pre can't take it litely this time and repeat same tumne bachae ko maarna chaaha and don't do it like previous time. So they made the effect more.

DG last time when Komo tried to kill baby, Pre did gave in her own subtle way. After that Komo still planned all this they can't repeat same confrontation like before or Pre knowing the truth sit at home planning how to teach Komo next lesson. I think she just went with her rage hearing convo.
