If this is the reason or something like that then it is such an extreme way just to break the relationship. MJ will be bashed so badly and Antara too if she knew all along about it and to what extent he went with Maya. Maya's mom knows something too but then she was quoting pyaar related dialogues in front of Maya, why? Either she thinks Maya has moved on or she is also not fully stable.

I think bracelet can mean anything. Given by dadi to both Rudra and MJ when they started to work together in same business or MJ started helping Rudra with his business.

Maya being writer and Rudra publisher can relate them as you said or was just a plot to introduce Geeta in the show.
