The teacher trusts no one but asks Yudhishthir. Not wanting to lie, he says Ashwathama, the elephant is dead. But he whispers the word elephant and at the same moment, Krishna makes sure to cover the whisper with some ruckus.

It is said that because of this lie, he goes to Hell for a few seconds where she has to choose between his wife and brothers and the Heaven and he chooses his family, only to be revealed that he is actually in Heaven and was tested by his actual father, Dharma.

He didn't have any right to stake his wife in that game

So please don't compare Rudra with yudhisthira

But Rudra is not even like Arjuna ,coz he have a capability to go against wrong....and he's not even karn

How does MJ not recognise someone in that mask? I mean I have seen people recognise others just by looking at the eyes or lips. And Maya should literally haunt his nightmares or as a businessman, he should be cunning enough to recognise people.
