If asim was opportunistic like sana ,mahira , paras and sid who are with each other just for the game, he would have joined rashmi in the starting only considering her popularity and wouldn't have left her or even sid. But the fact that he didn't shows that he doesn't use frndships for the sake of game. He really wants to be frnds with a person who appreciates him and advices him in the right direction, shows loyalty and respect towards him. Hope rashmi becomes his good frnd like she is for devo.
