Payal Rohatgi has been arrested by the Rajasthan Police on Sunday for passing objectionable comments against the family of freedom fighter Motilal Nehru.

They all go to jail only. Doesn't matter which gang they belong to. There is no FOE in this country.

FOE comes with duties and responsibilities. Whatever the political ideology, if the statements cause disruption in peace and are against national interest, then there should be some sort of punishment for it. In the name of foe , one dont go on burning trains , abusing beliefs of others and instigating people. And pass it out as some sort of protest.

And who decides these clauses to curb FOE? Which rule book is being followed here? What happens to those ministers who continuously spread misinformation and hate speech ? Only the citizens of this country is capable enough to disrupt peace? While they hold no accountability? The truth is curbing of FOE has become a tool to all the governments to shut down criticism against them, and they use it just for their own benefit not for the country.

So damaging public property burning trains causing damage everywhere is solution ? NO. Do it in america or china or russia , then people will learn what foe is and how lenient india is towards citizens. Just because government bills dont go your way, that doesn't gives people right to do mass destruction. Period!

And yes politicians needs to put in jail for instigation but they dont do because that is open secret not to put your rivals in jails, whoever is in power. Being emotional and morally right doesn't works in real world. Foe doesn't equal to causing riots and causing damage to public properties . If one does that, then get ready to be punished by law simple. Being emotional isn't going to work in real world.
