I think hospital pajama shirt is what all patients are given .. they don’t give Vests /UW etc😆 .. they must have been covered with mud ..soot from the fires/smoke n then soaked in the rain etc ... Abir got into Hosp clothes ... am sure Nannu is getting a change for them soon 😆
