What about the minor age guy who also did that atrocious thing ? All these r@pists don’t see the age while doing it ( be it 3 year old, 6 year old or 93 year old ) , then why should the judiciary system look at the age of the convicted ? If he is mature enough to do it then he is mature enough to get the punishment ..
