Any idea how panipat is doing at box office.i have read somewhere that it earned rs.4 crores plus on first day.

The critics whom I follow have praised it , especially Arjun and Kriti. The film has a decent word of mouth.

These days critics can't be trusted, really. Film companion, rajeev Masand, all have paid reviews. Even mensxp at times.

I always follow tried and refused production. He has a good understanding of movies. They never seem biased to me.

I watched Panipat in theaters over the weekend. I liked it. Jyana Marathyancha itihasabaddal thodi detailed mahit janun ghyachi asel tyani avashya baghava. I never knew that peshwas had raised their flag on famous lal killa at that time and ruled almost the entire nation at that time.

As for acting, Kriti Sanon is very good. Arjun Kapoor has tried to act well but in my opinion does not suit the role. Others are quite good. The shooting is made on a grand scale.

I think it did not make that good a start at the box office but is picking up due to word of mouth publicity.

Having gone through the commendable and praiseworthy arguments put forth by erudite members , I think the discussion converges at a common denominator and that is betterment of the city and consequently decongestion of Mumbai .... I feel no matter how high we excel in infrastructure development in the city and despite the efforts put in to accommodate and decongest the city and it's traffic, the influx of citizens from other states will not stop and Mumbai will continue to expand with no method to madness....Metros , incr in frequency of trains , waterways etc will contain the present imbroglio till a point but the explosion of people coming and settling will continue unabated... Infact with more ameneties and opportunities I see an increase in the density of population in Mumbai...Unfortunately the same is not the case with other metrocities like Delhi , Kolkatta ...
