I would hardly call that ruling, she won critic's award and shared it with Bhoomi but Screen Awards are a joke. No-one takes them seriously.
Saandh Ki Aankh flopped big time and Badla worked due to AB Sr's majestic act. Taapsee was the weakest link in the film ( though she performed well by her own standards).
There was lack of female comp. this year.
