Abhaas is already doing well. But wonder where Abhilasha and Arshpreet are.😕 Hope to see them singing for stars soon. Actually these two were the top female singers in VOI seniors but we instead had Priyani and Sumitra coming on CU 😕 to promote their favs.

Not sure what Abhilasha and Arshpreet are doing. Hope they continue with singing. Haven't heard any thing about them. I think it is important to be in some limelight, other wise people especially MD's forget about you.

Mauli gave totally new dimention to Maiya Maiya. She made the song extremely popular with public as well as a song to be performed in singing contest.

Anwesha did pretty good job but she was not very clear with the Gujarati part at the end. Mauli has been the best so far with that song IMHO.

Aami je tomar by Anwesha was her best in this series. 👏

I liked Anamika's maiya maiya better than Mauli's or Anwesha's. For Mere Dholna, Anwesha was the best. Better than Anamika.

Mauli's husky voice suited "Maiya Maiya" alot better than Anwesha's softer, sweeter voice (even though Anwesha attempted to modulate her voice to fit this song accordingly). I think Mauli put in a certain kind of sensous touch in the song that was not there in the original, but she was way off with with the pronounciation and even messed up the lyrics - personally, I really enjoyed Anwesha's version much more. She sang with clarity, sur precision and the higher notes were sung with ease and she was the only one who managed to retain the original Arabic feel of the song. I remember that several people on this very forum were endlessly praising her performance of this very song. I loved that she completely changed her voice (the mark of a great singer) and in my opinion she also sang a more difficult version of this song effortlessly.

Very true!Mauly definitely rocked in Mayya Mayya and help make it popular. So many people have tried mayya Mayya after her. I alos liked Mauli version the best so far.Anwesha did a great job in aami je tomar.

😆He has 5 A's and 2 super A's in Aadesh and Abhijit (uski lutiya dubane ke liye). I think he will be content with 5 stars only😆
