the other body u referred to was a suicide case, lady lit herself up - not an rape case, postmortem details were posted few days after the incident in some local dailies - even though police registered the case as suspected foul play, just to be sure - that it's no serial rapist on loose.

About the male part - after Nirbhaya happd.. there was one incident reported in media - some honor student in India was applying for Phd in German university & the subject head rejected his application & stated - Indian males are rapists, I don't want them to study under me. The thing blew up so much in the media that the college had to apologize to the student personally, I thin German ambassador called up the student & apologized on their citizen's behavior - I don't know what hppd later, whether he got into the college or not though. Its easy for people to get into stereotypes bcoz of such incidents, I won't blame them.

nah.. acid was a different case.. may be jealous lover or stalker .. not sure, didn't read the details about them. When I ever I try to see India news online.. I get rape topic in of the headline.. the early morning headline was the Gang Rape of the Tripura girl & got a headache 😵 I just want vigilantee justice..
