To quote an example from another show. I won't take the name of the show or the actors per say but let me just explain what happened. Now these 2 leads were very unceremoniously all of a sudden dropped from the show without a day's notice. The female lead was obviously very pissed about it and chose to disassociate herself from the show and didn't give her last shots too which is understandable. The male lead, on the other hand, inspite of all the humiliation went all the way for an outdoor shoot of the show to give his last shot, which was just a 2 minute sequence. By outdoor, I don't mean from Mumbai to Pune or Khandala, all the way to Manali. That's what I called commitment and giving a closure. He could have chosen to back off coz anyways he wouldn't be a part of the show anymore. He could have asked for a cheat shot with Manali being created in Mumbai but he still did go. Viewers were most attached to his character in the show so am sure if he demanded that he would give his last shot but wouldn't travel all the way, that would be done. However, professionalism won over anything else. I am not saying that Divan were unprofessional all these years but the last year has really lost them a lot of fans.. anyways as you said, they have to face the music at the end of the day, so be it!

I know which show you are talking about, my mum watches it.

Majority of the share definitely goes to Ekta, but I agree KP and DT are also to be blamed.

Exactly. Jim Parsons was bored of playing Sheldon Cooper, but he did not quit, since he did not want to upset fans and all cast and writers gave a fitting end to the show.

Exactly! The people involved like Jim Parsons did movies simultaneously but that didn't reduce his commitment to Big Bang. Yaha toh ek ko reality show and dusre ko webseries milgaya toh bas aur kya, YHM toh hai hi trash, use it like one! But sabse zyada blame toh creatives ko hi jata jai

Exactly!! He could have quit and BBT would have shut down immediately coz the show cannot run without Sheldon but he chose to finish his commitment and give a closure to the show and the loyal fans..
