Coming to Asim Sana, I feel they don't hate each other. They are just hurt by each other. Sana because asim trusted Himanshi over her and Tried to badmouth about her to Sid

Asim is hurt because Sana didn't Show that kind of affection towards him....

Maybe they will have a patch up in the show as the time passes.

One more thing I want to add is Sana is mentally Strong, she may not be cunning. But she is mentally strong, And she isn't like other girl's in the house, that's why housemates particularly all male fraternity in the house is attracted towards her. She is fierce. Inside house, she is the easiest target. People target her so easily, name call her, body shame her, puts question on her character. If there was some other girl in her place, She would have made issues, but she isn't like that. Outside whatever has happened with her, has made her more strong mentally. She is emotional. Most importantly, I feel she portrays how a real human being behaves. She doesn't react when during WKV, people give her tags, she doesn't give justification whereas other people tries to justify.

She is a precious soul. God protect her!

And About Sidnaaz, Don't get disheartened over silly Promo's. Creatives wants to attract TRP, they are not attached with them like us.so don't take stress, pray for good. Everything will be fine.

Actually I don't get why Sidnaaz Fandom becomes negative so easily, I have seen people shipping Shikas in BB11 ,those people were so positive that they found moments in between fights too, where people whom they were shipping were kinda sworn enemies. Be positive like them

And let Sidnaaz sort out everything between themselves, because when in future they get into relationship,they themselves had to sort it out, we will not be able to do anything at that time. So it's good they are having predicaments ,because they will make their relation only more stronger

They are just angry with each other over silly things .

Both Sana and Asim are showing their disappointment for each other openly, where as both of them aren't not bothered by Arti's behaviour. She doesn't matter to both of them, but both of them matter to each other in some way.
