After visiting kushi at her home town also talking to Arnav regarding his opinion about kushi, Nani was of the opinion that Arnav was not at all naïve as she expected but way too smart .Or else he wouldn’t have left his wallet at her place.

kushi has made a mark on his mind and he wanted to know what kushi felt about him before he made a decision. Waiting for kushi’s and Arnav’s meet .

I would say Arnav really values the sort of relationship his grandparents had its beyond anything he can see around him now and as per you’ll have guessed he values the simple things

Loved your observation about Arnav doing that little more and thinking ahead, totally unexpected by his grandmother.
