I just saw this, but even if he knew for five minutes, I am guessing he was super happy about his marriage (which he need not have been coz his dil ki shaadi was already done, that we know about now, so his happiness about some social shaadi that he doesn't give importance to makes no sense), but idk what Prerna has to apologise for, maybe not trusting him or something more. He needs to big time own upto his actions. AnuPre consummated and then Anurag got married to Komolika (this was HORRIBLE) and belatedly now Anurag should have realised Prerna was pregnant and had to go through that, and that should have filled him with guilt. Regarding Prerna, she already went through quite a bit of suffering for consummating her relationship with him man, in addition to her pregnancy. Anurag maybe the greatest man on earth with no negative qualities, but he wasn't the one to get pregnant. Prerna was. Also pallu komo is a criminal who escaped from the police. All the proofs against her were there and also the basis of anukom marriage was the deal for Sharma nivas. So I don't think they'll take that route as this time they have clarified in the beginning itself to the audiences that sona is komo and anusona are not actually married. So there is no suspense regarding this.

Prerna claimed to be the first wife on the basis of dhaga shadi only?
In that track itself it was said that dhaga shadi was incomplete so anukomo shadi comes next right ? When first shadi is invalid , second can be validated when it was a proper one? Anurag was married to komo with full rituals except sindoor. Now that is a shadi or not, only kzk cvs can answer.
